Does Our Service Work? Step
1:
Select the activity you'd like to reserve. On the menu to the
left are links to a wide variety of fun Maui adventures. Each
of these pages contains an on-line reservation form
conveniently located on the right side of the page. When you
send this form a copy of your request is e-mailed to you for
your records.
Step 2:
Next you are taken to a screen that asks if this is your first
reservation at Adventuremaui.com ... if it is, you will be
taken to a Client Profile form. This gives us important
contact and billing information, and of course this page uses
encryption and a secure server to protect your information.
Step 3: You
will be sent a confirmation e-mail containing all the
information that you need to check in and enjoy your activity.
Print out this e-mail and bring it with you to Maui. You do
not have to pick up any tickets ... your confirmation e-mail
is all you need!
How Much Does
Your Service Cost?
Our service is
completely free ... we have no hidden surcharges or ticketing
fees. In many cases we offer discounts off the list price of
activities, and our prices are lower than if you ordered the
same activity from a hotel concierge desk. We do not use
activities to lure you into attending a condo sales pitch or
timeshare presentation.
What if I need to cancel?
No problem ...
we understand that plans change. If you need to cancel an
activity just e-mail us or give us a call. There is no charge
for canceling a reservation as long as it is done before your
credit card has been charged, and this typically happens five days before you come to Hawaii on vacation. We do not charge
your credit card at the time an activity is ordered since our
clients often make reservations months in advance of their
arrival.
When do you
charge my credit card?
We require a
credit card guarantee on all reservations, but nothing is
charged and no authorizations are run at the time your order
is placed. Most activities are charged on your credit card
five days before you leave for Hawaii, and a few of them are
not charged until you check in for your activity (your
confirmation e-mail will have those details).
What happens if
I misplace my confirmation information?
We typically
send out a reminder e-mail a few weeks before your trip to
Hawaii. This will have all our contact information ... if you
call us or e-mail us we will send out a new copy of your
original e-mail confirmation.
Many of your
prices are 15% off the list price. Why do I see prices on
other websites that are 50% off the list price?
Most activity
companies on Maui are fronts for promoting timeshare sales. In
order to get their "deals" you have to commit a 5
hour block of time to attend a 90 minute sales presentation.
When you consider how much it is costing you per hour to
vacation on Maui (factoring in airfare, rental car,
accommodations, meals, etc.) you will find that this is NOT a
cost-effective way to spend your vacation. We are not here to
sell you anything ... we are here to help you arrange the
things you want to do to enjoy your vacation in
paradise.
