Our agency has mailed out packets of maps and brochures for Maui tours and activities for years, but we have recently discontinued this service. Since GPS and smartphones allow people to carry maps around with them in the palm of their hand, and instantly access all of our information about tours, we've discovered that this service isn't as useful as it once was. It was also expensive in postage and labor costs ... the good news for everyone is that our staff has more time to provide the most valuable service of all to you ... we have more time to consult with you on the phone about your vacation needs!
